Abstract : In normal agricultural practices, the pollutants used in the present work like heavy metal dye congored are applied by irrigation channel have waste chemicals, which interfere with growth of inoculum and plants. Therefore, the practice of irrigation with polluted water lead to deceptive pollution problem. To ensure their effect on bacterial biofertilizer Azospirillum and after inoculation to paddy crop which is also treated with dye congored, the formation of reducing sugar of plant is affected. Treatment of higher concentration (viz. 50, 75, 100%) proved inhibitory effect and resulted in decreased amount of sugar in the crop.
