Abstract : The rates of respiratory activities like percular movement and surfacing in an air breathing cat fish, Clarias gariepinus (Burchel), have been observed to be adversely affected by the Radar-an organophoshorous pesticide. The increasing degree of concentration in ppm and time of exposure have been found to decrease these activities accordingly. The inverse relationship between the parameters has also been assessed to be statistically significant.”
