Abstract : The present paper comprises a systematic survey of nematodes on helminthological examinations of some common amphibians from Manipur collected during August, 2004 – July, 2007 . The following 7 species of nematodes were recorded – Cosmocerca indica, Meteterakis govindi, M .bufonis, Oxysomatium anurae, O .hylae, O .manipurensis, and Oswaldocruzia goezei. Their detail description of morphology, dimension , host range, etc. are provided.
