Studies of mitotic abnormalities on two varieties of Trigonella foenum-graecum L. under the influence of Bleomycin sulphate.

Abstract : Effect of Bleomycin sulphate was investigated on two varieties of Trigonella foenum-graecum L.(NORTH LOCAL and Hisar Sonali). The roots of both the varieties were treated with different concentrations (1ppm, 2ppm, 3ppm, 4ppm, 5ppm) of Bleomycin sulphate. NORTH LOCAL variety was resistant while var. Sonali was sensitive towards different doses of Bleomycin sulphate.
