Abstract : Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni is small miracle plant consumed by the many people of the world. The effect of different dose of chemical mutagen that is Ethyl Methane Sulphonate was tested on the pollen fertility of Stevia rebaudiana var. SRB-123.The pollen viability showed the presence of highest fertility in control plants. The result showed a negative co-relation between pollen fertility and concentration of EMS.
