Abstract: Callus proliferation occurred on shoot tip and nodal portion. Explant cultured on Murashige and Skoog medium (MS) Supplement with 2, 4-D, KN in different concentration. In the beginning yellowish green callus was observed. Development of callus was observed from different concentration of auxin and kinetin in combination. Callus from shoot tips and nodal was that 2.4-D (1.5 mg/l) + KN (0.5 mg/l).
