Abstract : NARS (National Agricultural Research System) is a new magical dimension of 2nd green revolution which has been discussed the paper in the light of achieving double digit GDP growth rate. The article also focuses on the various dimentions of the vision and mission of NARS in the context of vast Indian Agricultural Resource.
