Abstract : In morphogenic studies of seed culture of Pinus roxburghii Sarg. in various concentration of auxins and cytokinins the seed showed good percentage of normal germination 100% on Gresshoff and Doy’s 1972. Normal germination of seeds as well as callusing andorganogenesis was obtained in GD + BAP (5 ppm) + NAA (2 mg/l).
