Abstract : The present investigation deals with the study on seasonal occurrence and infestation intensity of a digenetic trematode –Astiotrema reniferum (Looss, 1898) Looss, 1900, two cestodes namely Djombangia penetrans Bovein, 1962 and Capingentoides singhi Verma, 1971 from Clarias batrachus (L). These parasites having quit low prevalance and even the infestation was absent during certain months of the investigation period..
