Abstract : Recording of traditional knowledge in India can be dated back to several millennia, since the time of the Vedas. In modern times, ethnographers have recorded TK with their own perspectives. With regard to TK on plants, in recent times, during last about six decades, ethnobotanists have studied and recorded a mass of data. Present study aims to identify the medicinal plants of Mandu block used by the ethnic people for treatment of Jaundice and Asthma.
