Abstract : The present study is intended to investigate whether persons with disabilities are aware of their human rights what benefits they receive from PWD Act 1995 (The persons with disabilities, equal opportunities, protection of rights and full participation Act 1995) and to assess the welfare services provided by the voluntary organizations.
