Stomatal structure of two species of Aloe under the influence of Ethyl Methane Sulphonate (EMS)

Abstract : In the present investigation, the chemical mutagen EMS affected the size of stomata of both the species Aloe barbadensis Mill and Aloe harlana. The stomatal studies after treatment with chemical mutagen EMS showed that A. harlana was more sensitive than A. barbadensis Mill.
